Here’s what to expect from our services - our simple step by step process.
Meeting #1: Getting to Know You
This meeting is for prospective clients who are interested in learning more about what services Simplicity Financial offers. We will briefly touch on your reasoning for reaching out to Simplicity Financial, your goals, and your financial concerns.
Meeting #2:
Discovery Meeting
In order for Simplicity Financial to help you achieve your goals, we first need to identify your goals and the values behind them. In this meeting, we will set attainable and measurable goals and establish timelines for achievement. Along with gain an understanding of your financial overview.
At the end of this meeting, we establish a clear vision of your goals along with your current financial picture. It is much easier to get where you are going if you know where you are.
At this point, a fee will be decided upon and an agreement will be offered, should you choose to continue with our services.
Meeting #3:
Get Organized
The data gathering process can be tedious, but it is extremely important and enlightening. During this portion of the meeting, Simplicity Financial seeks to understand how you operate your finances to develop a successful financial plan.
At the conclusion of this meeting, we want you to feel more financially organized.
Meeting #4:
Plan Presentation
After reviewing your financial situation, we craft personalized recommendations within the financial plan. At this meeting, you will receive a recap of your goals and values, an individualized financial analysis, and reports on your current financial picture. Recommendations will be outlined to help you move towards their goals.
Meeting #5 and Ongoing: Review and Planning
Once the initial plan is developed, the financial planning process is not over. Your life is dynamic, constantly changing over time. A good financial plan is fluid and always adaptable. We meet with our clients 2-4 times a year on an ongoing basis, covering different financial topics each meeting and any life changes that would require adjustments to your financial plan.
Simplicity Financial’s goal is to build long-term relationships with our clients and help throughout all of the twists and turns of life. That is why the ongoing financial planning we provide is an integral component of the planning process that goes well beyond the initial goal setting meetings. In addition to our scheduled meetings, you have access to our planners via email, phone, and additional meetings when needed. We understand life is not predictable, and when changes happen that impact you financially, we will be here to help.
Simple pricing, period.
Pricing for comprehensive financial planning is a flat yearly fee, starting at $4,800 per year, paid monthly or quarterly. These fees will be set at the beginning of the relationship and recalculated every other year. The fee scales based on Income and Investable Assets. This flat fee includes investment management and tax filing.
